Well, what's everyone's winter project? I just purchased a brand new Lanier Dominator kit. That's right, kit. I will be making templates of all the parts to repair or replace this airplane as needed as it seems yet another racer has been jerked from the availability list as the large conglomerates, Great Planes in this case, swallow up the little independent manufacturers and remove the competition. Sorry, got a little of track.

Anyway, with winter moving back in with possible freeze warnings for tonight and thoughts of global warming only a gleam in my eye, I thought i would begin my winter project of building this.

Short summer I think. Only got to fly a few times. Well, maybe next year.

Oh yeah, my avatar airplane is designed especially for our new field. Just until it gets some grass going.

If there is going to be a change of 180 degrees that puts it about 130 degreed below zero. That's a cold winter.

Yes, but i haven't sheeted a wing in about ten years. I just keep using the wings that flutter down from the sky.

I once thought I would do when somewhere way south got snow, well it's going to snow about 12" so -130* is about right Twisted Evil
